L'ARSMB (Association Royale des Sociétés Scientifiques Médicales Belges) a été créée pour apporter une aide logistique aux Associations Scientifiques belges orientées vers les sciences médicales.
Nous mettons à votre disposition notre expertise pour assurer la gestion quotidienne de votre Société : contact téléphonique, courrier, gestion des listes, rappel des cotisations, lettres de liaison etc...
Nous organisons également des congrès et des conférences: flyers, publicité dans la presse spécialisée, invitations, demandes d'accréditation.
Nous pouvons en plus nous charger de la création et de la mise à jour de votre site Internet.
Votre Association n'a donc pas besoin d'avoir un secrétariat dédié, ce qui est une source d'économie. Cependant, nous mettons aussi à votre disposition: un à deux "coins bureau"..

Wat kunnen we doen voor uw Vereniging?
De KVBMG (Koninklijke Vereniging van de Belgische Medisch-Wetenschappelijke Genootschappen) werd opgericht met de bedoeling logistieke steun te verschaffen aan de Belgische Wetenschappelijke Verenigingen uit de medische sector.
Daarom nemen wij graag het dagelijks bestuur van uw Vereniging op ons: telefonisch contact, post, bijhouden van ledenlijsten, maanbrieven, nieuwsbrieven enz...
Verder organiseren we congressen en symposia: flyers, publiciteit in de gespecialiseerde pers, uitnodigingen, en accreditatie aanvragen.
Ook kunnen we ons belasten met het opmaken en bijhouden van uw website.
Uw Vereniging heeft dus geen eigen secretariaat nodig, wat een flinke kostenbesparing betekent. Desgewenst stellen we echter een tot twee bureelhoeken tot uw beschikking.

The RBAMS (Royal Belgian Association of Medical Scientific societies) was founded to offer logistic aid to the Belgian Scientific Associations in the medical sector.
In other words we can take care of the daily management of your Society: telephone contact, post, registration of members, dunning-letters, newsletters etc...
Furthermore we organize congresses and symposia: flyers, publicity, invitations and accreditation.
The set up and the maintenance of a web site is also our business.
In fact your Society does not need a private secretariat anymore, which means an important saving. However, if desired we can place one or two writing-desks at your disposal.
